Your neighborhood South Louisiana kitchen — just south on 183.
Leander has grown a lot — the restaurant scene hasn't fully caught up. For real Cajun and Creole cooking, Mouton's is the closest spot you'll find: about 10 minutes south on 183, just past Whitestone, on Lakeline. Chef Ben Mouton is from South Louisiana, trained in New Orleans, and has been here in Cedar Park since 2012.
Our regulars from Leander treat the place like a neighborhood bistro — coffee and benedicts in the morning, a quick lunch po-boy, jambalaya for dinner, a stop at the bar before heading home. Less than a 15-minute round trip from most of Leander.
