What we collect

Reopening list. Your email address, when you join.

Job applications. Your name, phone, email, the position, your resume if you upload one, your typed interview answers, and a scorecard made from those answers.

Emails you send us. Booking requests, job questions and anything else you send to our addresses.

Basic technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, sees your IP address and browser details to deliver the site and block abuse. We don’t use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How we use it

To email you about Mouton’s (the reopening list), to review your job application and contact you about it, and to answer what you send us. We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Job applications and AI

Interviews are typed. When you finish, an AI tool (Claude, made by Anthropic) reads your answers and drafts a scorecard for our hiring team. A person reviews every application and makes every hiring decision. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic doesn’t use these answers to train its models. If an answer mentions personal details we don’t need, such as age, health or family, we remove it from the saved interview.

Who else handles it

Only the companies that run this site for us: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Anthropic (interview scoring) and our email provider. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address. The map link opens Google Maps.

How long we keep it

Reopening list: until you ask to come off it. Job applications and resumes: up to 12 months, then deleted automatically, unless you’re hired. Emails: as long as we need them to answer or keep records.

Your choices

To come off the list, or to see, correct or delete anything we have about you, email cedarpark@moutonsbistro.com. We’ll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we’ll update the date at the top.
